Our trench grating is made of 1/4" x 1 1/4" flat bar with a spacing of 1" between bars ( 1 1/4" optional.) Standard width is 11 5/8" approximately and they are built in 4' lengths. The end grate can be cut down to fill a given length needed. Other widths are available.
The frame is an optional component that gets cast into the concrete. It is made up of 1 1/2" x 1/8" angle iron with 3/8" rebar pegs. It comes standard 12" inside by whatever length is needed. Some on-site welding may be required for longer lengths.
Grating can be set into a concrete ledge and does not have to be used with frame.
